The Pork, good quality free range, outdoor reared pork, preferably a quality rare breed animal, typically Oxford Sandy & Black, Gloucester Old Spot, Saddleback, Berkshire, Middle White or Large Black.
The Bread, we use only quality local artisan bakers rolls, fresh from the bakery.
The Condiments, a great hogroast sandwich needs great condiments, fresh home made apple sauce and stuffing to our own secret recipes.
The Cooking, long and slow, our hogroasts generally take between 6 and 9 hours to cook on the spit.
The Serving, carved from the whole pig to order, moist hot pork put together before your eyes, a bun crammed, literally overflowing with deliciousness.
